The company was founded in 1992 by Ofra and Amnon Ram as part of a family legacy that began in 1960, when Yehuda Klinger established the business in Kiryat Bialik and introduced mechanical seal refurbishment to Israel.
The Pioneer and Founder
Yehuda Klinger
Our roots are grounded in the vision of Yehuda Klinger, one of the pioneers of local industry and an Israeli trailblazer in precision mechanics. He was the first in the Middle East to work professionally in mechanical sealing and in the lapping of complex materials. His uncompromising precision, passion for the profession, and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for the company and continue to guide us to this day.
Management
Daniel represents the third generation of excellence, bringing together deep hands-on technical knowledge and advanced management capabilities. He has worked in the field of mechanical sealing for more than a decade and has an in-depth understanding of customer needs and the operational challenges faced by industry.
Alongside his extensive technical background, Daniel has also completed advanced management training, enabling him to lead the company with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and customer service at the highest standard.
Amnon Ram is widely regarded as a leading authority in the field in Israel, with approximately 35 years of practical experience in mechanical sealing and flow solutions. His deep professional knowledge was gained not only in the field, but also through advanced training in Germany and England, where he specialized while operating as a service center for some of the world’s leading companies.
Alongside his business leadership and involvement in complex technical solutions, Amnon is deeply committed to training the next generation of professionals in Israel. He has been lecturing for more than 20 years at Meshelev College and other professional institutions. He also holds extensive training in management, pumps, and maintenance, and serves as a senior consultant for troubleshooting in complex industrial facilities.
